This application has been filed for quashing the cognizance dated 11.03.2024 in connection with Complaint Case No. 56 of 2023 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-7 Cum Special Court, POCSO (II), Muzaffarpur, by which, learned Judge has taken cognizance under Sections 6, 12, 14, of the POCSO Act and Sections 323, 341, 354(B), 420, 376 of the IPC.

3. After some argument, the learned senior counsel

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53524 of 2024(2) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 for the petitioner prays for withdrawing this application with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. The dismissal of the quashing application will not adversely affect the consideration of anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.
