Although the petitioner claims that he has been issued receipt by the Corporation which is 200 quintals lesser than the actual paddy supplied by the petitioner but there is nothing on record to support the contention. The grievance raised in the representation placed at Annexure-4 does not satisfy the requirement for it has no date as to when it was filed. Although Mr. Shashi Bhushan Singh, learned counsel
Patna High Court CWJC No.4474 of 2015 (2) dt.12-04-2016 appearing for the petitioner has relied upon an order passed in CWJC No.3940 of 2015 but I am afraid the circumstances are distinct and the relevant documents which were present in the said writ petition to support the claim, are absent in the present case. No ground for indulgence is made out.
