JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-08-2019 The issue involves in the present writ application is inter se seniority of the petitioner and the respondent no.6 and posting of senior most teacher as In-charge Headmaster in the school in question.

There is no post of Incharge Headmaster in the school. As interim arrangement senior most teacher is posted Incharge Headmaster.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.16786 of 2019(2) dt.19-08-2019 2/2 disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda to consider inter se seniority of the petitioner and the respondent no.6 and after hearing the petitioner and respondent no.6 within a period of one month, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda shall decide the inter se seniority of the petitioner and respondent no.6 and thereafter pass appropriate order for posting of senior most teacher of the school as Incharge Headmaster until regular Headmaster is posted in the school.

Necessary decision as to inter se seniority and posting of Incharge Headmaster may be taken by the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
