Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ghorasahan (Lakhaura) P.S.Case No. 509 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per FIR is of kidnapping of daughter of the informant.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that earlier also the victim had fled away along with accused person and a case was lodged in that case and thereafter the victim was
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41410 of 2018 (2) dt.18-07-2018 2/2 recovered and she had stated that she had gone own her own and she had again fled away and was recovered and in her statement she has stated that she had gone on her own along with one Naveet and petitioners are father, mother, uncle and relatives of the said Naveet.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahana, East Champaran, in connection with Ghorasahan (Lakhaura) P.S.Case No. 509 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
