The position today is that all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid. However, it is submitted that the statutory interest on Gratuity has not been paid for which learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation submits that if the same has not been paid, it shall abide by the decision of the Court in L.P.A. No. 874 of 2015, which is pending.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off.
