JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that at this stage the Complaint Case No. 97 of 2013 is pending and according to him in the said case cognizance has already been taken as per his telephonic information. Learned counsel submits that even though the complaint case is pending, an appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent authorities as the petitioner is apprehending danger to his life and liberty. This Court finds substance in the submission of learned counsel for the State. So far Complaint Case No. 97 of 2013 is concerned, the said case has to be decided on its own merit.
