No. 1812 of 2014 has been filed for amendment in paragraph no. 1 of the restoration application so as to seek restoration of I.A. No. 3057 of 2014 filed in L.P.A. No. 611 of 2014 also.

Patna High Court MJC No.1812 of 2014 (4) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence the said relief could not be mentioned in paragraph no. 1 of the restoration application, although in the prayer portion of the restoration application prayer was made for restoration of the said I.A. No. 3057 of 2014 also.

In the facts and circumstances, prayer for amendment is allowed. I.A. No. 6503 of 2015 is, accordingly, disposed of. Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsels for the State and the Central Government, I.A. No. 3057 of 2014 as also L.P.A.
