In CWJC No. 20785 of 2011 this Court, vide order dated 7th August 2014, disposed of the writ application in the following terms:- "This writ application is, accordingly, disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider the said report and act in accordance with
Patna High Court MJC No.2216 of 2014 (5) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 law in respect to the petitioners before expiry of panel."
In pursuance of the direction passed by this Court, counsel for the petitioners submits that the order has not been passed in the letter and spirit in terms of the order passed in the writ application as petitioners have wrongly been down graded from proper places in the panel, on that account, failed to get employment.
This issue cannot be proceeded in the present proceeding. The petitioners, if so advised, may take a legal recourse challenging the order passed by the District Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in Memo. No. 741 dated 21st August 2014 before an appropriate forum.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
