The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498(a), 324, 307, 201, 120(B)/34 of the IPC and 3⁄4 of D.P. Act, registered in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 137 of 2018.

As per the allegation, the present petitioners along with other accused persons tortured the informant for nonfulfillment of dowry demand and they also inflicted injuries on her.

No.49106 of 2019(8) dt.26-10-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for both the parties have submitted that a compromise has taken place between both the parties and the certified copy of compromise petition is also filed as Annexure-2. It shows that the animosity between both the parties have ended and as one time settlement Rs. 6,00000/- was paid to the Opposite Party No. 2 by the petitioner No. 1 (Nagendra Yadav @ Nagendra Kumar). The compromise petition was duly signed by the petitioners and Opposite Party No. 2 and identified by their respective lawyers. Considering the fact that the matter has been resolved, let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M- X, Gaya in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 137 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
