JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 22-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioners hereby undertakes to remove all defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter as and when required. It is accordingly directed that all defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter be removed within one month hereof.

2. The present petition has been filed "for modification of the order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6214 of 2020."

3. It is submitted that on account of Covid-19

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48890 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 pandemic and resultant lock-down as well as petitioners being old persons having chronic diseases, they could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within the stipulated time.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.

5. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6214 of 2020 is extended by four weeks from today.

6. Modification petition stands allowed.

7. Office shall follow-up to ensure that all defects are removed and compliance with the notices of this Court are made by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
