Petitioner is accused in connection with Baliya P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018 registered under Sections 353, 307, 34 of the I.P.C. and sections 25(1-AA), 25(1-A), 25(1-D), 25(1-B), a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.05.2018. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
