JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-04-2021 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion from Class-IV to Class-III post, who is stated to be working at the headquarters of respondent Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga on the post of Guard. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be approaching the

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Bhagalpur within a period of eight weeks from today, which shall be disposed of by the respondent no. 3 within a period of eight weeks thereafter, in accordance with law.
