Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hilsa P. S. case no. 344/2014 registered under sections 147, 149, 341, 283 and 353 of the IPC.

Taking into consideration that more than hundred persons including the petitioner blocked the road in protest of death of one boy and having similar allegation some co-accused persons have already been admitted to anticipatory bail by this court as well as other benches of this court, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in Hilsa P. S. case no. 344/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section
