This application has been filed for modification of order dated 6.5.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.18836 of 2019 on the ground that the petitioner could not surrender within time as prescribed in view of the above order, as his daughter fell ill. Heard learned APP.

Having heard both sides and in view of the above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court, however, if the petitioner surrenders and pray for regular bail, the learned court below shall consider this aspect of the matter that he had been granted anticipatory bail but due to some reasons he could not surrender and considering the same and dispose of the application if
