The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. It is next submitted that the only issue which now remains to be
Patna High Court CWJC No.3898 of 2021(5) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 resolved is rectification of the family pension. The learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that the petitioner is still alive, but only wants that the family pension should also be rectified in tune with the pension, he is receiving to which the learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Accountant General submits that the aforesaid issue shall be looked into.
At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application. Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the instant writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.
