The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 24.02.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City in connection with G.R. Case No. 321 of 2012 arising out of Patna City Chowk P.S. Case No. 12 of 2012 whereby the application filed under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for discharge has been rejected.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17628 of 2015 (3) dt.21-05-2015 2 / 2 I have perused the allegations made in the FIR and the contents of the case diary. I find that there is sufficient material to proceed with the case. At the stage of framing of charge meticulous analysis of the evidence is not to be conducted.
In that view of the matter, I find no illegality in the impugned order passed by the court below.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
