The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the letter No. PT RGGLV 365 (Athmalgola and others) dated 30.01.2012 by which several complaints filed by the petitioner objecting to the proposed award of Rajiv Gandhi Gramin L.P.G. Vitarak (for short "RGGLV") in favour of the respondent no. 3 have been closed.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain fresh facts have come to light pursuant to Right to Information application filed by the petitioner as stated in I.A. No. 8791 of 2013.

4. Having regard to the nature of grievance of the petitioner as well as the relief sought, this Court is of the view that the ends of justice will be met by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned official of the respondent Corporation with a fresh representation in order to bring the fresh facts to the notice of the Corporation for appropriate consideration and expeditious disposal.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
