JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in para-1 of the bail application. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 468, 471, 419, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 is that they have possessed the land of the informant on the basis of forged documents and petitioner no. 4 is the witness to the said documents.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have got no criminal antecedent. They have falsely been implicated in the present case. The matter relates to the land dispute and the same is of civil nature. Prior to the institution of the present case, vide Annexure-2 the petitioners had instituted a case against the informant and his brother.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

No.21963 of 2016 (2) dt.27-06-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case no. 649 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
