JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-07-2019 Petitioner has filed the present application for correction in the caste category of candidates. Similar issue was decided by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 13691 of 2019 and C.W.J.C. No. 4239 of 2019 vide order order dated 10.7.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Examination Board to examine the case of the petitioner and if it is found that the case of the petitioner is similar to that Dharmendra Singh Yadav and Tina Rai, similar benefit should be extended to this petitioner. Necessary decision in this regard may be taken by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14661 of 2019(2) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 Examination Board at the earliest within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
