Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 427, 504/34 of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner nos. 1 and 3

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51432 of 2022(2) dt.19-12-2022 2/2 are alleged to have assaulted the mother in law of the informant. Injuries caused by these petitioners are simple in nature. Case and counter case. Both sides sustained injury. Learned counsel appearing for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Biraul, Darbhanga in Ghanshyampur P.S.
