JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-06-2016 The matter has been listed under the heading „To Be Mentioned‟ at the instance of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a retired BMP but inadvertently it has been recorded in paragraph no.4 of the order that the petitioner is a retired Civil Surgeon.

Hence, let in the fourth paragraph of the order be read as "the petitioner has retired from BMP" in stead of "the petitioner is a retired Civil Surgeon".

The period of surrender is extended by two weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 802C of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna.

Accordingly, the order dated 23.05.2016 is modified

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23047 of 2016 (3) dt.21-06-2016 2/2 to the extent as indicated above.
