The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411/413//34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that one Ravi Kumar Singh was apprehended while taking motorcycle of the informant, who disclosed name of this petitioner as his associates. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery has not been made from the possession of the petitioner and apart from the present case petitioner carries four other cases of similar nature, a statement to this effect has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition.
Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15615 of 2015 (2) dt.04-05-2015 2/2 inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Town P.S. Case No.804 of 2014, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
