Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it is submitted that the name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of coaccused Nathuni Sahani and furthermore, the prosecution also claims that looted mobile has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner but, as a matter of fact, the petitioner had purchased the aforesaid recovered mobile from co-accused Nathuni Sahani who has been

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in Baruraj P.S. Case no. 180/2017.
