JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the Examination Board. Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is correction in the result card of Bihar Elementary Teacher (Trained) Eligibility Test-2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has wrongly shown as candidate belonging to BC category whereas he belongs to unreserved category. He submits that there is some typographical error in the reservation category in the records. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Bihar School Examination Board to consider the case of the petitioner and make necessary

Patna High Court CWJC No.14816 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 correction so far as entry of the petitioner as unreserved category instead of backward class, in addition thereto, the correction in the name of parents at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order may also be carried out. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
