The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 203 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 316/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are not the doctors and they have been running Nursing Home and treating patients and while doing so, they have caused death of unborn child which amounts to culpable homicide.

In these circumstances, it is not a fit case for grant of
