JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-02-2019 Having regard to the limited scope of jurisdiction of the Contempt Court, the Court is not inclined to grant any further indulgence in the present proceeding. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge the legality and validity of the decision taken by the University in purported compliance of the direction issued by the Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was delay on the part of the University which has frustrated the petitioner application for grant of compassionate appointment. Without expressing any opinion like the Writ Court
