JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that all the FIR named accused persons were assaulting Vairister Singh, when the informant and his brother went rescue then they were also assaulted by the petitioners and others.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of bona fide land dispute, the accusation has been levelled, though, the accusation of assault is omnibus and general but no injury by sharp cutting weapon or firearms has been found, though, the opinion with regard to some injuries has been kept reserved. There is counter version of the occurrence also.

No.11500 of 2015 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 80 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
