By the present writ application, the petitioners sought a direction to the respondent Bihar State University Service Commission (in short 'BSUSC') to publish the Academic Performance Indicators (APIs) score of the respective petitioners as well as similarly situated other candidates of all the faculties in the light of Clause 5.1 of the statute for the appointment of Assistant Professors on regular post in the Universities of Bihar, as contained in Notice No.BSU (Statutes)- 25/2014-GS (I) dated 10.08.2020, issued by the Governor's Secretariat, Bihar, Patna and other ancillary reliefs.
3. Learned counsel for the BSUSC submits that the petitioners, for the reliefs prayed in this application, may be directed to file an application under Right to Information Act before the BSUSC and the BSUSC would be obliged to supply the required information of the respective petitioners but the information will be given to the respective person and not of the similarly situated persons.
4. In view of the fair submission made by learned counsel for the BSUSC, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file their respective application under Right to Information Act before the BSUSC and the
