JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Joki Hat Police Station Case No. 295 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/5 of the Explosive Substance Act. Taking into consideration that one dacoit was caught at the spot at the time of alleged occurrence and the aforesaid apprehended dacoit disclosed the name of these petitioners as his associates, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail, to the petitioners, accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Joki Hat Police Station Case No. 295 of 2014,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8779 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria stands rejected.
