Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 66 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 09.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3678 of 2021. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8048 of 2021(3) dt.27-01-2022 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XI, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S.
