ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner being the Gotani of the deceased lady apprehending her arrest in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 131 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326,307/34 and 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Case diary was called for, which has since been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation has been made against this petitioner, it is highly improbable that the petitioner being similarly placed as the deceased would indulge such an act. He further submits that it is

Having considered the materials in the case diary and there being no further cogent evidence against the present petitioner, let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 131 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J.) ravi/- U T
