Petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 219 of 2017 arising out of Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 315 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has no criminal antecedent. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 16.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28772 of 2018. Petitioner is a lady and she is in custody since 07.07.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
