The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 294 of 2014 registered under Sections 395 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the offence relates to dacoity and recovery of articles looted in the dacoity and the name of the petitioner transpired during investigation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application preferred under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is rejected.
