Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 93 of 2018 (G.R. No. 146/18) registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The alleged recovery from the petitioner was planted one. As a matter of fact, petitioner had gone to the station for catching train. Petitioner has no criminal history and is languishing in jail custody since 16.04.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
