By an order, dated 05.07.2016, the Patna Municipal Corporation (respondent Nos. 2 & 3) was asked to file a counter affidavit in compliance of which, a counter affidavit has been filed stating therein that all admitted

Patna High Court CWJC No.8242 of 2012 (4) dt.19-08-2016 2/2 post-retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner. As regards arrears of salary, on account of revision in the payscale, it is submitted that the same is in the process of being paid to the employees of the Corporation and such payment is being monitored by a Bench of this Court. Considering the fact that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this application stands disposed of in view of the stand taken on behalf of the Corporation, as noted above.
