The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 314, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner caused injury with axe on the leg of the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury of the informant has been found to be simple in nature of marginal size. There is counter version of the occurrence. The petitioner's side also received injury. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14810 of 2015 (2) dt.13-04-2015 or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Mairawa P.S. Case No. 236 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
