The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No.66 of 2020 registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that name of the petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused and apart from this, there is no material against him. He also submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail.

In view of the allegations and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
