JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Barari P.S. Case No.78 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the specific allegation made in the first information report against the petitioners that on the point of pistol they took away the motorcycle of the informant, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, their application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43115 of 2018 (2) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
