2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, after notification of the transfer, the petitioner submitted affidavit on 06.03.2024 to the concerned authorities, but the authorities concerned has not considered the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.11206 of 2024(3) dt.07-04-2025 2/2 before the concerned authority along with all supporting documents within a period of two weeks and the concerned authority is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

4. Meanwhile, the effect and operation of Memo No.626 dated 01.03.2024 (Annexure-P/1) is hereby stayed with respect to the petitioner, namely, Akbar Hussain.

3. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
