In the present application filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to the Investigating Agency to arrest the accused of Laheri P.S. Case No. 253 of 2014.

Learned counsel for the State has submitted that during investigation, the accused persons were arrested and they have been granted police bail.
