2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus Commanding and directing the respondents to stop the construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan over the Raiyati/Purchase land of the petitioners i.e. Khata No.141 Khesra

Patna High Court CWJC No.11866 of 2025(4) dt.23-06-2026 2/2 No.2433 Area 70 decimals situated under Mauza-Pachauri Thana No.92 Block- Bihar Sharif, District -Nalanda.

ii. For a direction to respondents to construct Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan over the land i.e. Khata No.313 Khesra No.2492 Area 11.90 Acre of Mauza Pachauri as per resolution passed by the Gram Sabha of Gram Panchayat Raj Pachauri in its meeting dated 02.10.2023.

iii. For grant of any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioners are found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.
