Patna High Court CWJC No.13508 of 2022(3) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 Secretary and Mukhiya, Panchyat Raj Amehta, Block- Piro, District- Bhojpur whereby, the petitioner's service as panchyat teacher has been terminated.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the District Appellate Authority, Bhojpur as provided under the Rules.

4. The writ petition is disposed off on withdrawal with liberty, as prayed for.
