2. The petitioner, who retired as Assistant Teacher from Middle School BMP-5, Patna on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.10.2024 has filed this writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.12599 of 2023 dt.01-04-2024 2/3 petition seeking a direction to the respondents to pay pension, gratuity, earned leave/ leave encashment, provident fund etc.

3. In the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, it has been stated that vide letter no. 8806 dated 11.10.2023, the petitioner has been informed to submit the KVC (KYC) document before the Treasury Officer, Patna so that her retiral benefit with respect to her contribution under NPS Scheme can be settled by the Treasury Officer, Patna and the amount which is lying under the PRAN Number can be disbursed in the account of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as informed to the petitioner by the respondent no.3 vide letter dated 11.10.2023, she has already submitted her KYC to the District Programme Officer, Patna on 11.03.2024 and accordingly he submits that this writ petition may be closed with a direction to the respondent authorities to pay the amount deducted under the NPS Scheme to the petitioner.

5. Having taken note of the submissions made

Patna High Court CWJC No.12599 of 2023 dt.01-04-2024 3/3 by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to pay the petitioner her NPS amount forthwith, if the petitioner has submitted her KYC documents.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
