JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2026 The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 28.04.2023 passed in CWJC No. 10594 of 2022, the Circle Officer, Ramgarhwa, District - East Champaran has already passed the final order under Section 6 (1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 on 07.08.2025 and thereafter the encroachment in question has also stood removed.
