JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354, 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (I) (X) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
It is alleged that the informant was working as an agent of Future Real Estate Co., a non-banking financial company. The petitioner, her husband and brother of the husband of the petitioner were the proprietor of the said company where the informant got the money of some people invested and when the maturity amount was demanded then it was not paid. It is further alleged that the husband of the informant called the informant to make payment of Rs. 10,000/- to pacify the matter when on protest being made, the informant was abused by calling her caste name and assaulted.

No.7522 of 2015 (4) dt.30-03-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that the accusation of abusing by calling caste name and assaulting the informant has been levelled against the husband of the petitioner and the petitioner being the lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran in connection with Saran SC/ST P.S. Case No. 17 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
