21.08.2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail of Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3 granted by this Court on 16.06.2014 vide Cr. Misc. No. 13486 of 2014 in Pariaya P.S. Case No. 117 of 2013 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

Considering that the Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3 granted bail on wrong submission which is evidently not in accordance with law hence, the bail granted to them by this Court on 16.06.2014 vide Cr. Misc. No. 13486 of 2014 in Pariaya P.S. Case No. 117 of 2013 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya is, hereby, cancelled. The Court below is directed to take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3. The Application stands allowed with the aforesaid observations.
