It has been submitted on behalf of both the parties that the dispute between both the parties has been settled outside the Court finally and in lieu thereof, the petitioner has given demand drafts of Rs.15,00,000/- vide Annexure-6. It is submitted by learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 that opposite party no. 2 will remain present in the Court during the pendency of matrimonial case, which has been filed by both the parties under Section 13 B of the Hindu Marriage Act bearing Matrimonial Case No. 928 of 2015 pending before the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25594 of 2014 (11) dt.24-08-2015 Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.
It has also been submitted by both the parties that a joint petition has also been filed to get settled the criminal case between both the parties pending in the Court of ACJM, Danapur. In this view of the matter, the provisional bail granted vide order dated 15.9.2014 is confirmed. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
