Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No.105 of 2017 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that a forged gift deed from Bhudan Yagya Committee was created by the accused persons in the name of Manju Devi with respect to the land belonging to the complainant and on that very basis the mutation application was filed but it was not found in the possession of Manju Devi. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the so called alleged forged document is in the name of Manju Devi, the mother of the petitioner and petitioners have been implicated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42981 of 2018(2) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 only being sons of Manju Devi and Manju Devi was granted bail by the court below itself.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners, namely, Mangan Thakur and Pintu Thakur are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S.
