JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2024 Mr. Mukul Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similar issue raised by similarly situated person, namely, Dr. Abhay Kumar Pandey of the same College was referred by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.11.2011 passed in CWJC No. 4741 of 2011 (Annexure 15) before the Director, Higher Education. Accordingly, learned counsel prays that this matter may also be referred before the Director, Higher Education for deciding the claim of the petitioner.
2. The petitioner proposes to file a detailed
Patna High Court CWJC No.2488 of 2017(7) dt.04-07-2024 2/2 representation before the Director, High Education within a period of four weeks.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that similar issue raised by the similarly situated person of the same college was referred by a Bench of this Court before the Director, Higher Education, the present application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Director, Higher Education and if such representation is filed, the Director, Higher Education is directed to dispose the same in accordance with law by a reasoned order within a reasonable time frame preferably within six months.
