JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2024 Heard Mr. Siya Ram Shahi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Radhika Raman, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Staff Selection Commission and Mr. Bindhyachal Rai, learned Sr. C.G.C. for the Union of India.

2. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought inter alia following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:

" (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the respondents to published the result of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12250 of 2024(2) dt.19-08-2024 2/2 petitioner for appointment to the post of Constable (GD) in Central Arms Forces (CAPFS) which has been finally concluded by Medical Examination on 05.08.2023 and has been withheld without having any reason.

(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ commanding the respondents to appoint the petitioner to the post of Constable (GD) in Central Arms Police Forces with all consequential benefits including the seniority from the dates and other candidates so appointed on the aforesaid post. (iii) For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioners are entitled under law as well as on the facts of the case."

Considering the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition and also giving conscious perusal of 'Annexure-7 to the writ petition', which relates to List No. 3 in respect of withheld candidates (Male and Female) in roll number order. Petitioner's roll number figures at Serial No. 533 having Roll No. 3207013976. The authorities concerned are directed to publish the result of the petitioner and communicate him forthwith within a considerable period of time so that he may not suffer.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
